Order Processing Time

Free shipping. Shipping cost is included in the price of the product.All items are handmade and produced upon order unless stated otherwise.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
We prepare and ship orders only on working days (Monday to Friday).
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not included in processing or shipping times.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: ~10 business days

  • Rest of the world: ~14 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

We use trusted carriers, including:

  • Nova Poshta Global

  • Ukrposhta

  • DHL

  • UPS

The choice of carrier depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means customs fees or import taxes are not included in the price and may apply upon delivery.

  • USA & Australia: No import taxes on our products

  • EU & other countries: Import VAT may apply (typically ~20%)

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives late, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
We will refund the product cost, but unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.
