Illia's workmanship shines. The ladder is beautifully made and Illia was fantastic discussing the finer details to get exactly the look I wanted, with the screws on the side omitted and the bolts to moving parts coloured to match the wood. The quality of the the workmanship is exceptional. The ladder is beautifully made and the action to open and close the ladder is strong and smooth, as it should be. I am a interior designer so the details and the quality were of paramount importance. Illia is wonderful to work with, fantastic at communicating, super organised and the ladder arrived very well protected and on time. This will make a lovely piece of furniture in your home, beyond the functionality. I wanted this as a library ladder but I can see that it will come in use a great deal and will not belong in a cupboard! Hide
